An update on recent changes relating to the role; issuing a quality ticket and evidence gathering requirements; a refresher on contraventions and exemptions; a short session on dealing with the public and conflict management.
How it is delivered
Online in a live, virtual setting, or in a classroom at a suitable venue provided by you.
Assessment and certification
All delegates who attend receive an attendance e-certificate.
