Since 2014 Alpha Parking has developed and delivered City & Guilds Assured parking training options. We have updated the Civil Enforcement and Notice Processing pathways and have extended the training to be suitable for Parking Attendants in Scotland. In addition, we have developed further parking specialist training such as the Parking Customer Service, Parking Supervisors & Team Leaders and Environmental Enforcement.
Successful delegates on these programmes receive a City & Guilds Assured e-certificate and a digital credential they can share on social media and email signatures.
