Notice Processing Officers who have had previous notice processing training and want to develop their understanding of evidence requirements and how to evaluate the evidence in front of them.
What the course covers
One-day workshop
Objectives of Civil Parking Enforcement; an overview of legislation, guidance, policies and procedures; the definition of evidence, the different types and key rules; signs, lines and traffic orders as evidence; evaluating primary and supporting evidence; adjudication and what the Adjudicator requires.
How it is delivered
An interactive online virtual session that encourages discussion between the trainer and delegates, delivered by a trainer with over 20 years of industry experience.
Assessment and certification
All delegates who attend receive an attendance e-certificate.
What delegates take away
Candidates gain the knowledge necessary to understand the importance of evidence, its key requirements and what makes strong evidence when a case reaches adjudication.
