Parking team leaders, supervisors, managers and above who are new to parking, whether promoted in from another service or hired from outside the industry, and need to understand parking objectives and processes quickly.
What the course covers
One-day workshop
The key aims of civil parking enforcement; partnership working: who a parking service works with and why; an overview of legislation, guidance, policies and procedures; an enforcement and processing overview; annual reports, data gathering and the types of statistical information required for the service.
How it is delivered
An interactive online virtual session that encourages discussion between the trainer and delegates, delivered by a trainer with over 20 years of industry experience.
Assessment and certification
All delegates who attend receive an attendance e-certificate.

Candidates finish understanding the parking environment, smarter ways of working, the challenges the industry faces, the legislation that supports it and how the service is evolving to become more effective and efficient.
