Parking apprentices who are new to the industry, from both enforcement and processing teams, who need a clear grounding in how the parking industry works and where their role fits.
What the course covers
One-day workshop
The roles and importance of apprentices in the parking industry; key organisations in civil parking enforcement; an overview of enforcement, restrictions and contraventions; an overview of the stages in processing a penalty charge notice; the importance of auditing and administration.
How it is delivered
An interactive online virtual session that encourages discussion between the trainer and delegates, delivered by a trainer with over 20 years of industry experience.
Assessment and certification
All delegates who attend receive an attendance e-certificate.
What delegates take away
Apprentices finish understanding the parking environment, where apprenticeships fit in, the importance of auditing and administration including first-line correspondence, and how enforcement and processing impact their role.
