It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the death of our Director, Penny Winder, who passed away on Monday 10^th June 2024.

Penny founded Alpha Parking in 2004 and proudly managed the company for 18 years but stepped back from the day-to-day running’s 24 months ago. She recently suffered from a short term progressive illness, we are all devastated to lose her so soon. Penny was much loved and valued by us all and will be greatly missed both as a colleague and friend. She was kind, generous and nurturing and we are grateful for the opportunity to have known and worked with her.

Following this news, Rukhsar Asgher will continue to run the day-to-day operations of Alpha Parking. She will in no doubt be a familiar contact after being part of the team for 13 years. She is contactable on the following email Rukhsar.hussain@aparking.co.uk.

All candidates who attend and pass any of our City and Guilds exam based parking training courses will receive a digital credential from January 2024.

A digital credential is a badge that shows successful completion of the course and allows learners to share their achievements in real time. Digital credentials provide verifiable proof of a certain level of proficiency in a specific skill and can be embedded onto social media pages and email signatures.
