This could be a series of training courses; it could be a combination of training and refresher sessions or it could be a one-to-one consultancy. It really is a case of whatever works best for you; your resources, your budget, your timelines and how we can help you to achieve your goals.
We have acquired a wealth of experience in project management. To achieve the best results for our clients we work hard to be aligned with the best practice and the relevant standards. This is one of the reasons we use the Prince 2 project management standard.
The prince 2 project management standard gathers the fundamental principles of project management and allows developing a common language for all stakeholders. This framework helps to adapt to all type of projects regardless their size and complexity.
Following this standard allows us to continually improve our performance, to reach the project objectives, to provide results while keeping the current or potential risk under control.
This project management standard is based on clearly defining:

- the deliverables to provide
- the key decision phases
- the tools to allow monitoring the project efficiently
A timely approach
Once we have agreed on a plan, then we put a time-frame in place. It could be that you want all your on-street staff trained over an intensive three-day course; it might be that you want the training to be phased over a few months – again, the choice is yours.
Throughout the process we will continually communicate with you to ensure the success of the project. We are not a quick-fix company, we believe in building long-lasting relationships, and once our project with you has come to an end, we will still remain a support in the background. If you have a question relating to a particular traffic order or any other parking matter, we will help however we can – and this advice will usually come for free!
