Alpha Parking | Training

The TMA statutory changes and guidance calls for ongoing high quality training for parking teams and that the training budget should be ring fenced. This means that regular, quality, training for all parking staff is of the utmost importance.

Alpha Parking offers a wide range of on-site and residential training run by expert staff to suit the individual needs of parking professionals at local authorities and private organisations. Our trainers bring years of experience within local councils and in consultancy to ensure that courses are well-constructed, thorough and constantly updated to meet industry requirements. We are proud that our courses consistently achieve much higher than average success rates.

An accredited City & Guilds training centre since 2006, Alpha has developed courses including CPE implementation, notice processing, conflict management, call centre, senior CEO, teamleader and supervisor training as well as specialised courses in the use of ParkMap software. We run one-day seminars for senior managers and workshops in conjunction with the British Parking Association (BPA).
