Team Leaders, Supervisors and Management

A series of residential courses for senior team members, team leaders, supervisors and managers which either as individual courses or a development series can assist all management levels within the parking and traffic environment.

The courses give a clear understanding of the demands and responsibilities of the more senior roles and explore the range of techniques available and their practical application. These areas are explored within the specifics of the industry environment and both the training and the network opportunities provide valuable assistance.

Attendees will cover areas such as effective communication, dealing with difficult situations, developing teams, motivation, quantifying and managing staff performance and leadership theory. The courses have been widely appreciated and fill a niche within the industry.
