City and Guilds Notice Processing up and running
Alpha Parking have been awarded centre approval to offer the new Level 3 City and Guilds Notice Processing Qualification.
Notice Processing Update:
The course is split into three units with units 1 and 2 covering TMA and unit 3 covering privat land. Unit 1 is compulsory with unit 2 or 3 making up the remainder of the qualification
Example content for the two units suitable for TMA:
- Unit 1 - roles of key organisations, role of the notice processor, background to current legislation, communication skills
- Unit 2 - PCN stages and timescales as per TMA 2004, mitigation & challenges, NtOs, notice of rejection & appeals, appropriate responses at 6 different process stages
Each unit is assessed by a multiple choice exam
Alpha Parking will carry out the training on site and will provide laptops and facilitators for the tests. We are usually able to provide the results within half an hour of the end of the test.
