ILM Level 2 Notice Processing – a 2 day course setting notice processing within the parking environment, defining objectives, legislative and best practice requirements. This can be followed by a one day workshop in a module of your choice Assessed by multiple choice exam

Introduction to Notice Processing – a 3 day course appropriate for processing staff who are new to the process and legislation requirements and covers the whole process with a focus on best practice, concentrating on the stages up to notice to owners. This is followed up with 2 further days which deal with the later stages
