Alpha Parking provide a number of notice processing training courses to the parking industry

Level 3 City and Guilds Notice Processing
City and Guilds accredited training for Notice Processing staff to provide them with the skills and knowledge required to do their job

The course can be taken as:

A single entity over five days (including the two exams)
3 x two-day modules over an appropriate period of time(including the two exams)
Part of blended learning – delegates are provided with a study book which contains the course material and exercises necessary for self-learning (Alpha staff will be on hand to answer any
queries about the course by email). Delegates are also provided with four days (including exams) classroom training with our experienced staff to apply the knowledge they have learnt

Introduction to Notice Procesing
A two day course to ensure understanding of the practical application of the notice processing legislation and guidance

One day update courses
A range of one day update courses to fit your specific needs
