The City & Guilds 1950 Parking Enforcement training qualification has been developed specifically for those working as parking enforcement officers. To gain the qualification delegates must complete the mandatory unit - Conflict Management - plus one of the following optional units:

Roles and Responsibilities of Civil Enforcement Officers under TMA 2004
Roles and Responsibilities of Parking Attendants under RTA 1984
Roles and Responsibilities of Enforcement Officers Working on Private Land
Roles and Responsibilities of CCTV Enforcement Officers

City and Guilds Conflict Management

Can be taken as a separate qualification or part of the City and Guilds 1950 (detailed above)

CEO Refresher Training

For those that have already completed the City and Guilds qualification, we offer one day refresher training to address issues arising from their role and to refresh the knowledge gained from City and Guilds 1950 and TMA 2004.

Any areas of specific interest to individual clients can be included and CEOs have the opportunity to raise their own queries and concerns.

The Traffic Management Act (TMA) 2004 and its guidance places an emphasis on both staff training and continuous professional development for local authority professionals to maintain high standards of parking enforcement.
