CPE Implementation:

A five day course designed for local authority Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO) and as a first rate introduction to all parking staff.

Delegates learn about the objectives of Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE), the different roles within the parking department and how they inter-relate. The course covers CPE technical requirements in depth, including contraventions and exemptions, record keeping and signs and lines.

By the end of the training CEOs will understand all specific issues, such as Blue Badge regulations, loading and unloading and vehicle registration marks and have carried out on-site beat practice using the appropriate hand held computer.

Dealing with the public is an important aspect of this course, which includes how to manage potentially aggressive situations and dealing with stress.
