We have advised East Sussex County Council on CPE implementation in Lewes and Eastbourne, providing guidance on all aspects of its schemes.

We also supported Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council with the introduction of CPE.

Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) - formerly Decriminalised Parking Enforcement - is the process by which local authorities manage their county or district's parking enforcement, rather than leaving the task with the police authority. CPE has been introduced in around half of all local authority areas in England and Wales, with many more councils due to implement their own scheme within the next few years.

Alpha Parking helps councils with the complex process of developing and implementing CPE in line with the Government's new statutory guidance. Our advice and support eases the burden of what can otherwise be a difficult and time-consuming transition which can require significant commitment of local authority resources
